Abstract

In This paper, we present the preparation of CdTe/CdS hetero structure thin films, in addition to
study of the physical properties for the prepared thin films. The effect of changing the thickness on
the structural properties and the lattice constants have been investigated. The change in the optical
properties and the optical constants were also studied.
